Are the RSPB concerned about Birds or left wing political ideology?

RSPB BonkersFor the last few years we note how the RSPB have supported wind farms and claimed that Anthrogenic Global Warming will drive more birds to extinction than those killed by wind farms. They also claim that domestic cats kill more birds than wind farms. I have yet to see Pussy walk past with a Red Kite or a Golden Eagle in his mouth. And sorry folks it is now 17 years with a distinct lack of warming. And wind farms? Take any acceptable stats and they will easily demonstrate that backup generation means wind does not save any CO² and when factoring in the thousands of tons of concrete and steel in the bases, the fibreglass and carbon fibre, the steel, copper and rare earth minerals transported from China there is a definite increase in CO² through wind farms. Mind you who actually believes that CO² is a poison or bad. It is a staple of life and through photosynthesis is essential for plant growth. Many agrarians point out that we actually need more CO² than we have at present. Hey folks, have you bought into the myth.  The RSPB certainly has! Study the Science! Billion pound subsidies, kielderdestruction of forests and peat sinks and there is no environmental, ecological or financial justification for Wind. So they hate Fracking. They have bought into the myths and they are blind to the financial benefits. They are blind to the reduced visual impact of a developed fracking

site. In fact we must now ask if they should be a Charity or a Political movement. Whether they should enjoy charitable status. We must ask, as they interfere with the marine environment, after their involvement in the debacle of the Environment Agency and the Somerset Levels and their political involvement over years in pushing their “green” agenda. Is the RSPB fit for purpose? You can vote in the only way that counts. Cancel your memberships and stop financing a fanatical political organisation. I am aware that locally there are a number of good RSPB officers. Pity that head office lets the side down!

About Dougal Quixote

Slightly mad. Always believes a cup is half full so continues to tilt at Wind Turbines and the politicians that seem to believe it is their god given right to ruin Scotland for a pot of fool's gold.
