A disaster coming your way soon, or has it already happened. In truth the developer would say you can’t make an omelette without breaking eggs and all the land will be returned to it’s pristine condition when they leave. The reality of any development is that all the rubbish will be buried on site where no inspectors can see it but will continue to pollute the area for decades.
